Question 1    How soon will I receive my order?

All orders are sent out by first- class recorded post within 24 hours of receiving your order except orders received on Friday  after 5.30pm to Sunday will be sent of the next working day.

The time span in which you will receive the order depends on your place of residence  and the postage system in your country but from our end all orders are sent out within 24 hours. Except orders received over the weekend. The order will be sent out the next working day.

Question 2        How can I track my order?

We use the first class recorded post—UK postal service to send ordered item, by inputting your tracking number sent to you in your order update via email on the UK postal service website tracking you will be able to see the progress on your package. www.royalmail.com
