If you have any questions relating to orders or products on our website you can send us an email 24 hours a day. We will respond in the next 24 hours.

Orders-

Orders Monday—Friday before 5.30 pm are shipped the next day. Orders received after 11.30am on Saturday and during the weekend will be sent on the next working day.

Included in every order is an invoice /shipping slip which shows your order detail.

Shipping policy–

 Super savings on shipping to UK destination 99p per item for a limited period.

International order - depending on destination ranges from £2.99 - £4.99

Tracking your order–

Our team will send you an email containing your order  tracking number once your order has been sent. You can use this number to track  the delivery date. This can be done from the UK postal service website.

Return policy- Your satisfaction is our top priority.

If  for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days and we will be glad to exchange or refund it.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the reason for return is due to our error—wrong item or defect etc.

You are responsible for the return item until we receive it. You are advised to insure any item sent to us.

Caring for your fashion jewelry

To get the best use and many years of wear out of your jewelry, you need to keep the jewelry away from perfume, hairspray, water or moisture. Allow perfume to dry before putting on jewelry. If in contact with water you need to dry it up with soft cloth as soon as possible.

If it looks a bit dull wipe with a piece of cloth. Always store jewelry in the box provided at the time of purchase.
